Big Bang Interview on 10Asia

The world is defined into before and after the Big Bang. Of course, this is in regards to astrophysics. It was only after the Big Bang that time, space and order came into existence. And it is now that group Big Bang seems to fit their name better than ever -- not because the tracks to their fourth mini-album released in two years and three months has topped various music charts and public broadcaster SBS and cable music channel 

Big Bang turns up analogue sound in new mini album


Boy band Big Bang sought to bring back the warmth of pre-digital pop music on their latest mini album, "Tonight," which was released just recently.

"Listeners must be tired of the rampant use of digital effects in K-pop, just as we are," the band said. "We wanted to comfort and cheer up people distressed by a series of unfortunate events in the country last year through bright, lyrical and melodious music."

The band's leader G-Dragon, who was in charge of producing the album, said, "The global trend in music is a mixture of the warmth of the analogue age and the coolness of digital. We tried to harmonize the new and the old in our new album."

Big Bang to appear on KBS Music Bank

The dispute between YG Entertainment and KBS has finally been resolved!

The boys of Big Bang will hold their long-awaited comeback stage on this week’s episode of KBS’s “Music Bank“, for which they’ll perform their title track, ”Tonight“. This will complete their round of comebacks on all three major public broadcast networks.

Big Bang will not perform in MBC’s ‘50th Anniversary Korean Music Wave Concert’

It was just announced that Super Junior, KARA, and Big Bang will not perform at MBC’s “50th Anniversary 
Korean Music Wave Concert in Bangkok“.
